Closing Your Account :(

Please use the form below to close your account. Items with asterisk * are required fields. If there is a problem with your account or any way that we can continue to earn your business, we’d like to hear about it simply by emailing us a Customer Service Info Request or Comment. Your communications are used to improve service for all of our clients.  We send invoices out 21-days prior to the due date so that you have ample time to cancel the account because in accordance with out Terms-Of-Service we don’t offer refunds for accounts older than 30-days.

We never wish to lose your business but we do understand that there are times when it’s necessary to close your account. Please make sure you have all the files you need before submitting this form as they are deleted from the server when the account is closed.
